Let me tell you that these steps are the very same ones I use for my own online campaigns and that if this technique works for me then I do not see why it should not work for yourself.
The process is simple, the very first step you should take in order to know if a campaign will be profitable or not is market research. Please keep in mind that even if you perform good research on a product does not mean it will turn profits for you from the very start. My own personal rule of thumb is: one out of five campaigns will turn profits. So keep the research coming.
The second step to set up a profitable campaign is keyword research. To get visits to your site from the search engines you need keywords that do not have that many competitors so you get better chances of being found by people when they type that particular phrase or sentence in Google or any other search engine such as Yahoo or Bing.
Writing profit pulling articles would be your third step in the process of making money on the internet. Writing articles is not a science but you need to be familiar with your topic or the product you are promoting in order to provide your readers with what they are looking for. You need to keep them interested and in tune with what you want them to do.
Once you have written your article the fourth step comes in: submitting your articles to article directories. There are many article directories that are free. You do not need to pay to see your article published online. Submitting your articles to online directories gives you more chances to see your content published online and ranking high in the search engines.
The fifth and last step I do is to bookmark my articles. Social bookmarking sites such as Digg.com, Stumbleupon.com and delicious.com are just a few that I can mention. Doing this step along will double your chances of obtaining listings in major search engines and they are well known for generating almost instant traffic to your articles.
And that is how to make money on the internet writing articles. If it works for me it will definitely work for you too.
